At Dermara, we work with trusted third-party suppliers and logistics partners who ship our products directly to customers. Because of this, Dermara is not responsible for the physical handling or transportation of orders.

Order Processing: Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, the order is forwarded to our fulfillment partners. They are responsible for preparing and shipping the product directly to the customer.

Shipping and Delivery: Shipping and delivery are managed by our external suppliers and logistics partners. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, the supplier, and the shipping carrier.

Please note that the delivery timeframe provided at the time of purchase begins after the product has been shipped, not from the moment the order is placed. Processing and handling times may vary before the shipment is made.

Tracking Information: When available, tracking information will be provided after the order has been shipped so you can monitor the delivery status.

Shipping Delays: While we strive to ensure a smooth shopping experience, Dermara is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs procedures, or other logistics factors beyond our control.

Incorrect Address Information: Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details during checkout. Dermara cannot be held responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

Support: If you experience any issues with your order, please contact our support team. Although shipping is handled by third-party partners, we will do our best to assist you and communicate with the supplier to help resolve the situation.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Dermara, customer satisfaction is very important to us. We aim to provide a smooth and transparent experience for all purchases made through our store. Because our products are shipped directly from third-party suppliers, our return and exchange process follows specific procedures.

If you receive a product and believe there is an issue with your order, please contact our support team within 7 days of receiving the item. When submitting your request, include your order number along with clear photos or videos of the product and packaging, so our team can properly review the situation.

Once the request has been analyzed and approved, our team will guide you through the next steps of the return or exchange process. Depending on the case, we may arrange a replacement of the item or provide another appropriate resolution.
